Marina Mamyan
The armenian artist comes from printmaking and painting and works in a wide variety of artistic media. Her aesthetic practice encompasses a broad spectrum of textile disciplines, from hand-weaving, textile sculpture to textile installation. Mamyan's works are often based on processes of abstraction, i.e. derivations of iconic representational forms and structures.
