Evelina Sondell

Evelina is a Swedish printmaking and installation artist. She lives and works in Örnsköldsvik and is a member of ÖKKV, an artist collective and exchange partner of AIR Lower Austria. Her graphics are inspired by nature, she is concerned with the relationship between nature, culture and place. It is precisely the impassability, the oscillation between mystery and the seemingly familiar in nature that interests the artist. She works extremely experimentally with print, with found natural materials and collages them into new scenarios in which the viewer can move. She also reassembles parts of older installations into new ones, so not only in nature but also in her art everything flowing.
