During his Residency in Krems, the journalist and author from Trieste will present his book Via Appia. Auf der Suche nach einer verlorenen Straße that was recently published at Folio Verlag in German translation by Karin Fleischhanderl.
As Journalist, Paolo Rumiz reported for the daily newspaper La Repubblica on the wars in Afghanistan and Yugoslavia and was has received several awards for his engagement. His work as a writer encompasses numerous essays and novels about his travels in Italy and the most remote places of Europe. His books are constantly found on the italian bestselling-lists.
