Takeda Shinpei

Shinpei Takeda is a Japanese visual artist and filmmaker based in Germany and Mexico. His works revolves around memories of violence and history of injustices, and manifest themselves in installations, sound works, public art projects, virtual reality projects, writings, films and others. He is recently particularly interested in art as a mediating tool between different places and spaces - private, public, virtual, and metaphysical.
