By car

From Vienna or Salzburg take the A1 motorway. Once you hit St. Pölten/Ost (East) head towards Krems via the S33 motorway. Alternative: Coming from Vienna via the A22 motorway, take the B3 country road towards Krems at the exit Stockerau.

Once you reach the urban area, the Kunstmeile Krems’ (Krems Art Mile) traffic guidance system will lead you to your destination.

Parking for visitors of the exhibition

Attention! Due to the construction of the Landesgalerie Niederösterreich (Lower Austrian National Gallery) there is restricted access to the Kunstmeile Krems (Krems Art Mile) art institutions. Exhibitions will continue without restriction though.

Parking area subject to charges

Please ensure that you have validated a parking ticket before you visit the exhibition. A ticket machine is located directly in front of the caricature museum. Other purchasing possibilities: tobacconists and filling stations in Krems. More information on parking in Krems ...

daily rate from 7am to 7pm € 2 per hour, max. € 20 per day
night rate from 7pm to 7am € 1 per hour, max. € 8 per night

Guests of the Kunstmeile Krems get a reduction of € 0,50 per hour!

By train

From the Krems train station, take the Wachau bus line (VOR (Transport Association East Region), station “Campus Krems”) and the City Bus’ "Unser Kremser" line 1 directly to the Kunstmeile Krems (Krems Art Mile).
