The five studio apartments and the co-working space were designed and furnished by the Lower Austrian architect Franz Sam. Appointed with a kitchen, bathroom, Internet access, telephone connection, W-LAN, dishwasher, washing machine, and electric stove, these studios can be used by the artists as both living and working spaces. The extremely bright studios vary in size from 45m² to 120m². The co working space with 120 m² is also appointed with tools, television, DVD player, computer, Internet connection, printer, photocopy machine, fax, and scanner.
